Booked a meal in the restaurant & a room for the night for my boyfriend's birthday after reading all the positive reviews on trip advisor. So glad I did as it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is small but very well thought out, very clean & the staff are very welcoming. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. What a gem!

We stayed here for an overnight visit at short notice and have to say that the overall experience at the Plantation was amazing. The location in an up-market residential area was surprisingly quiet and the accommodation was both spacious and very comfortable. The overall service at reception, bar and dining room was first class and the food at both dinner and breakfast was outstanding and excellent value for money. If ever visiting Poole put The Plantation at the top of your list for a first class relaxing culinary experience.

Stayed here for a one night business trip. It was perfect for my needs. Bedroom was clean and spacious, room was very modern and well looked after. Food was great, well priced. Service was excellent, couldn't fault it. Will be staying here next time I'm in Poole.

Absolutely loved staying here!! I will definitely go back! It's absolutely gorgeous. The room we stayed in was massive and had pretty tropical interior wallpaper and furnishings. The breakfast was all home-made and fresh. Location was walking distance to the high street and close to the beach. Great stay in a lovely boutique hotel!

Minutes from brilliant views and beaches, The Plantation does not disappoint. From a warm and friendly reception on check-in, to the comfortable and spacious rooms, this place is fantastic. Our evening meal was an absolute joy and very reasonably priced, when factoring in a very nice bottle of Argentinian white to go with! Paradise found.
